Open source · Early access
The inbox that
thinks like you.
Marconi auto-labels, drafts replies, and reminds you to follow up — so your inbox stays quiet, organized, and unmistakably yours.
Free for personal use · No credit card
Every action, one keystroke.
No mouse required.
Features
Less inbox. More signal.
A focused set of instruments that handle the busywork so you can think.
AI-drafted replies
Press ⌘J in the composer. A draft appears — staged, editable, inserted only when you say so.
Auto-labeling
Newsletters, receipts, updates — sorted on arrival. No rules to maintain.
Follow-ups, built-in
Ask for a nudge if no one replies. The thread returns when it matters.
Calm by default
Only the threads that need you. Everything else, neatly out of the way.
Keyboard-first
Every action one keystroke away. ⌘K opens the universe.
Private by design
Never used for training. Your provider tokens are sealed in a per-account encrypted vault — and your mail can live on a Postgres you own.
Built for flow
Designed to disappear.
Marconi stays out of your way. Quiet typography, deliberate motion, and a layout that gets denser the more you use it.
- A focused reading view, one keystroke away
- Snooze, archive, reply — all single keystrokes
- Threads collapse intelligently as you read
Hey — quick thoughts on the v4 draft:
The hero is sharper. I'd tighten the third feature card so it breathes more. Otherwise: ship it.
Thanks Maya — good call on the third card. Pushing the tightened version now; expect it live in 10. Want me to keep the original in the variant slot?
Inserting never sends.
Open source
Nothing to take on trust.
Security is the whole point, so it shouldn't rest on our word. Marconi is AGPL-3.0 — built so you can audit the claims, self-host the whole thing, or send a patch.
Read the code
The repository opens as early access does. What opens is the whole of it, under the AGPL-3.0 — the token vault, the sync engine, the exact prompts sent to the model.
Run it yourself
Self-host on your own Postgres. Your mail never has to leave infrastructure you control.
Forks stay open
The AGPL's network clause means anyone who runs a modified Marconi as a service owes those changes back.

Nothing here is billable yet. These are the shapes we intend to charge for when billing opens: no mailbox limit and no AI allowance is enforced today, and every button above joins the waitlist. Lines marked PLANNED are not built.
Teams: later. Marconi is a single-player product today.
Signal acquired
A quieter inbox awaits.
Marconi is in early access. Join the waitlist and we'll onboard you as Gmail and Microsoft 365 slots open.
